Description

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets for IT hardware and infrastructure solutions in your assigned region. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional sales targets for IT hardware and infrastructure solutions.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and drive individual and team success.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to localize and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales management within the IT hardware and infrastructure sector.
  3. In-depth knowledge of IT products, solutions, and industry trends.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful regional sales strategies.
  7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding regional sales targets in a B2B environment.
  8. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
