Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning our IT hardware and infrastructure solutions. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Engage with inbound leads promptly, understand their requirements, and provide product information to drive conversions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT hardware and infrastructure solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates on new products or promotions.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT hardware and infrastructure sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
