Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning our IT hardware and infrastructure solutions. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.
  2. Engage with inbound leads promptly, understand their requirements, and provide product information to drive conversions.
  3. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT hardware and infrastructure solutions to potential clients.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates on new products or promotions.
  6. Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  7. Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  2. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT hardware and infrastructure sector.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
