Description:

The IT Procurement Executive will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process for IT-related goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of IT products & strong vendor management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT hardware and software requirements and develop procurement strategies.
2. Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with key suppliers.
3. Analyze and compare supplier proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality, while meeting the organization’s IT requirements.
4. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
5. Collaborate with the IT team to understand technical specifications and ensure procurement aligns with IT infrastructure requirements.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Proven experience in IT procurement, with a focus on hardware, software, and related services.
3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms with vendors.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
